China Telecom, a corporation having its principal office at 33 Er Long Road Xi Cheng District, Beijing (herein called "China Telecom", which expression shall include its successors).

China United Telecommunications Corporation, a corporation having its principal office at 12/F. Office Tower 1, Henderson Center, No 18 Jianguomen Nei Avenue, Dong Cheng District, Beijing 100005 (herein called "China Unicom", which expression include its successors).

Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd., a corporation having its principal office at 21-3, Section 1, Hsinyi Road, Taipei 100 (herein called "Chunghwa Telecom", which expression shall include its successors).
